Markilux Syncra Flex and Uno Systems at Cribbs Causeway B&Q Store

We recently installed a couple of Awning systems for DIY retail giant B&Q at one of their largest stores, located at Cribbs Causeway, a shopping complex near to Bristol. With the store undergoing refurbishment, we were contacted in order to install two Markilux Syncra Flex systems, as well as one Markilux Syncra Uno systems. These awnings featured the Markilux 1700 awning, which was needed in order to cover an area of flower and plant displays with adverse weather conditions. The Cribbs Causeway B&Q concept home improvement store is one of only four of it’s kind worldwide. It feels both modern and exciting, and these particular Markilux awnings add a bespoke functionality to the outside spaces. The reliability and performance of these awnings are why they were specially requested for this particular project. Finished off with a green and white stripe effect, these awnings blend in whilst still managing to impress. As you can see, they definitely add to the overall visual appeal of this outdoor area. This installation is a fantastic example of the broad range of unique applications in which awnings can be used commercially.
