WEINOR PERGOTEX RETRACTABLE ROOF WITH FIXED GLASS SIDES AND BLINDS

Fully retractable fabric roof with the capability of taking the heaviest of rainfall and draining it all away from the outdoor area. The fixed glass side and vertical blinds give further protection from wind and rain all year round.

The Pergotex is one of our bestselling outdoor living products and was designed many years ago by market leaders Weinor to provide a retractable fabric roof with far higher rain, wind and sun protection capabilities over a normal awning.

The fabric is triple layered for a start and driven in and out with zipped side guides and high tension on all 4 sides.

The retractable roof is electric operated as standard and with fixed front support posts and a front profile with built in guttering this whole system acts just like a glass canopy would in terms of protection but with the benefit of being a ‘cabriolet’ type roof when required.

This particular system fitted by Samson Outdoor Living in East Sussex is 5000mm wide with a 3500mm projection ad is fitted with fixed side glazing but also 3 remote controlled electric vertical zip blinds.

A zip blind is an electric fabric blind designed for external use and has far higher wind ratings than any other blind, with the fabric zipped in at either side to provide side tension as well as the vertical tension. Adjust all day long to control light and heat, but also privacy at night.

This particular installation also incorporated LED lighting and 2 infra-red heaters, all controlled via the handheld transmitters provided.

The customer already provided the concrete base, raised from the patio area and to provide seamless entry and exit from the main house via the existing patio doors.
