This light and elegant awning has a recognisable and striking appearance, with reliability and strength to match. The 1710 can also handle rain, with integrated drainage spouts. Markilux refer to this awning as ‘The Classic One’, with its classic appearance and traditional awning shape. The front valance adds to the traditional awning aesthetic, offering an increased shade provision. However, the modern developments that Markilux have introduced to the awning industry are definitely on show here too.

The round cassette encases the fabric and bionic tendon folding arm in a neat and attractive frame, with optional polished chrome elements to create a refined and prestigious look.

The 1710 can be installed up to 7 metres wide with up to 3.5 metres projection. For narrower patios, the 1710 Stretch is available, which features crossover folding arms to allow installation in limited width scenarios (Stretch max. size: 3.5m x 3.5m).

Units can be coupled to achieve an even greater width coverage, meaning your outdoor space can be covered much more than 7 metres!

Due to its shape and the timelessly beautiful decorative elements made from polished chrome, the Markilux 1710 suits almost any patio.

Polished chrome fittings Side caps matching the awning colour or deliberately emphasised in fine polished chrome. This awning can simply wear anything.

Markilux 1710 stretch – Thanks to the two crossover arms even awnings with a narrow width can extend considerably further.
