How much does a glass garden room cost?

A glass garden outdoor room, an aluminium and glass roof structure enclosed on all sides with glass from the elements, starts at around £12,000 supplied and installed. Sizes range from a smaller unit around 3m wide x 3m projection up to around 15m wide x 6m projection, and even larger if required, with unusual shapes also possible to go around corners, etc. The final price depends on the level of customisation: shape, the way the sides and front are closed in, glazing, lighting, retractable sun blind shading and flooring. As these are bespoke, we’ll provide a tailored quote and guide prices for any size in most cases. In many cases customers have prepared the outdoor area for the proposed room, making installation simpler and faster for our installers. In other cases we have to partially or fully create the ground and structural points for the room, so this takes longer and will cost more Samson Awnings offer various leading brands of glass structures and their price differences are often simply based on the gauge and level of material used in the profiles and other aspects. A smaller glass room might be best suited to a lighter profile and therefore is proportionally lower in price to a large system using a heavier gauge of profile and glass. ALL our glass verandas and outdoor glass rooms are made to order and therefore it is not simple to give a price per metre or any other rough estimation with this product.
