RETRACTABLE ELECTRIC AWNING WITH ELECTRIC VALANCE PLUS SYSTEM

A great size for a domestic awning on this Northamptonshire home, 5m wide and a 3.5m projection and specified with an electric drop down valance for privacy and low sun protection.

This is a sweet spot for creating a very usable outdoor space to accommodate a large table and chairs, or outdoor furniture of a good size for several people to use.

This installation in Northamptonshire specified one of our superb Semina Life awnings, an electric operated, full cassette awning with the benefit of a full length electric operated front valance to provide extra shading, extra privacy and protection from cooler breezes.

The awning cassette is all aluminium and totally enclosed to protect the awning in the winter months. It is finished in one of the very unique textured paints finishes which is similar to anthracite grey and the popular RAL7016 but has a lot of extra depth in the paint for a very durable final finish.

With over 200 fabrics to choose from and around 30 additional tough PVC based fabrics with perforations of required for the front valance, you will always find something suitable for your home. Electrically operated and controlled by a handset which also controls the front valance. The awning also has a built in motion sensor to ensure it retracts fully if the weather gets too windy and is likely to damage the awning if left out accidentally.
