A Markilux MX3 Retractable Awning for a Cambridgeshire customer.
Our customer got in touch with the Samson Outdoor Living team when he faced the common challenge of needing shade for his patio during the sunny days. Like many other homeowners, he wanted to enjoy his outdoor space without the discomfort of direct sunlight. Therefore, our team offered the MX3 bespoke awnings as a tailored solution for this property.
ABOUT THE MARKILUX MX3
After the survey, the MX3 awning was custom sized to 3600mm in width and 3000mm in projection to ensure maximum coverage of the patio. The framework in Havana Brown 5229, paired with fabric 30706, offered a stylish addition to suit the outdoor space.
To maximise the comfort and convenience, the awning was equipped with an Electric Somfy Operation system, managed through a 5 channel remove control. This feature made it effortless for the customer to adjust the awning according to their preference.
Additionally, a right-hand side motor and a Vibrabox Wind Sensor were installed to enhance durability and performance, making sure the awning could withstand varying weather conditions.
The inclusion of a wall sealing profile further ensured that the installation was secure and weatherproof. By installing a shading solution that blends style and functionality, our customer was able to make their patio a more welcoming and practical area. This not only allowed more time spent outdoor but also increased the value property by enhancing its visual appeal.
