SAMSON AWNINGS FOR HEYFORD PARK MANAGEMENT, OXFORDSHIRE
Heyford Park Management is the estate office supporting residents and businesses within Heyford Park community in Oxfordshire. As a busy management hub, our customers needed a practical and visually appealing shade solution to improve comfort, reduce glare and boost the company’s professional appearance.
OVERVIEW
The office frontage was exposed to direct sunlight, leading to increased internal heat and glare, particularly during warmer months. The client required an awning that would provide effective shading for a large, glazed area and visually align with the contemporary look of the estate office.
After a consultation with our commercial sales manager, we decided on a bespoke Samson Awning that would provide shade cover while complementing the estate office modern’s style.
The survey was carried out in September and two months later, we delivered and installed a bespoke awning:

Operation: Electric, with 1-channel remote control
Weather Protection: Eolis mains-powered wind sensor for automatic retraction in windy conditions
Framework: RAL 7016 Textured Anthracite
Fabric: Dickson Blue Nuit
Valance: Straight valance featuring the Heyford’s logo
The anthracite framework complements the estate office’s modern architecture, and the Dickson Blue Nuit fabric provides a subtle yet professional contrast. The straight valance, branded with the Heyford Park Management emblem, strengthens brand exposure and provides the installation with a polished, corporate feel.
