What guarantee or warranty do I get with an awning and what does it cover?

Our awnings come with a minimum five year guarantee, with up to ten years available, depending on the model and manufacturer. Cover is typically split across components:
  • Frame, cassette and finish – longest cover.
  • Fabric – against loss of colour or strength from normal exposure.
  • Electric motor – minimum five years (industry leading Somfy drives as standard).
Guarantee terms vary by manufacturer and model, and we’ll confirm the exact cover for your chosen awning before you order. A reminder that with all the higher quality products there is often a guaranteed parts replacement programme from the manufacturers to ensure in many years to come you can repair or replace parts.
