Do you supply traditional ‘victorian’ style verandas?

Yes. Samson Awnings supply a range of traditional Victorian style glass verandas, with decorative front posts and mouldings that complement period and character properties. Our systems are made to measure, available in almost any colour, and can be designed for both domestic homes and commercial buildings. Available in almost any colour, but in a wide range of standard colours too. We offer glass verandas with classic Victorian detailing on the legs and front profile, including ornate post tops and traditional roof support styling, so the structure looks in keeping with older architecture rather than overly modern. Depending on the model, you can choose different roof glass thicknesses (such as 8mm, 10mm or 12mm toughened glass) and stronger support beams where larger projections are required. All Samson glass veranda systems are manufactured from durable aluminium for long term performance, with integrated rainwater guttering in the front profile and downpipes concealed in the support posts. This creates a practical covered outdoor area that provides shelter from rain and reduces solar heat on the rear elevation of your home. For more design flexibility, we can manufacture Victorian‑style verandas to suit out of square or L‑shaped terraces, and offer a wide choice of finishes, including textured and metallic colours similar to “iron glimmer” that work especially well with traditional brick and stone properties.
