How is ventilation handled in a glass room?

One of the key features of a glass outdoor room is the ability to maximise ventilation with one of the many retractable or sliding elements available for closing in the sides. When the sun comes out and the heat build simply slide open one or more of the glass sliding doors and control the ventilation and internal climate.
