Do you offer a free site survey or home consultation?
Yes. We provide budget prices by email if you send us at least one image of the area concerned and some basic measurements and ideas on what you want to achieve, which lets us assess the best product suitability and sizing.
We do not come out to you without first seeing some details to make sure there is a potential solution and we would rather manage your expectations on pricing as well beforehand on the options available. We do not employ commission only sales people wanting to sell you anything for a sale. We want your purchase to be the right product and specification to give you what you expected for your outdoor enjoyment.
For most projects we’ll arrange a site survey to confirm measurements, fixings and groundwork before you order. We also bring along samples of the product and fabric samples and framework colours to assist you on a selection.
