A full cassette patio awning is an enclosed awning where the roller, fabric cover and arms are completely protected and stored in a closed cassette when retracted.
Fully cassetted awnings are highly advisable for the protection of installations that are exposed to the elements and the only type of awning that will really protect the fabric cover. Remember the cover will retain it’s pristine appearance only if it is properly protected and retracted in inclement conditions.

These awnings can have any of 2 types of operation gear. An awning can either be chain-driven or powered by a gas piston.
