How much does a Bioclimatic Pergola Cost?

Being generally a made to measure product and available anywhere between 3m x 3m up to almost any size by coupling, the price range is enormous. To be clear, an electric operated, rotating louvre bladed, aluminium roof and aluminium pergola structure will start from around £10,000 upwards. Anything less than £10,000 isn’t the same product at all and will probably be manually operated with small gauge profile sections and limited sizing options.

A made to measure bioclimatic pergola will range between £10,000 and £40,000 in most cases and then if you start coupling them together for larger spaces you can just keep going on the size and the costings. What you would expect however for you money is a system which has been designed and tested and is suitable for both commercial and domestic use with proper rainwater dispersal, electric, remote control operated roof blades, a choice of finished colours and made to measure on the sizing.

Options over and above the basic specification include LED lighting, glass sliding doors to one or all sides, vertical electric fabric blinds to one or all sides and a further option for the roof to retract back and leave a clear open space up to 80% of the roof dimension.

Expect long guarantees on the motor drive system, superb and low maintenance powder coat colour finishes to all parts in the structure, remote control and app control too, options on the roof blade design and aesthetics and other great options for closing in one or al of the sides. The systems can be free sending or built to attach to the property wall and extend an area whilst creating an outdoor area…
