The Isola Fly is a great commercial solution for outdoor cover with a retractable fabric canopy. Most commercial applications we encounter have very challenging variations in building shapes, fixing points and roof heights. It is rare to have a totally flat brick wall to insert onto with a commercial building unlike a house. The Isola Fly is developed with self-supporting in mind. The aluminium support posts create the basis for the overall structure and the retractable fabric canopy is a tough, durable vinyl coated fabric shaped in its design to throw rainwater off each side or one side as required.

The retractable cover is operated by an electric motor drive with a single phase tube motor neatly concealed. Various control methods can be specified depending on the application.

It is also available as a lean to version for the perfect extension of your premises onto the outdoor area and particularly effective outside on terraces and patio areas where there is a large direct access from an adjacent room.

The Isola Fly is a great solution for outdoor areas near or away from a building where the real objective is sun protection and rain with the assurance of a decent wind rating meaning the cover can be extended in higher winds than traditional awnings and umbrellas.

Open Fly

The Open Fly is exactly the same principal of operation as the Isola Fly but has a different framework design. The horizontal support sections fit directly into the support leg sections end on with no overhang. This makes the open fly a far more practical design and perfectly suited to fitting immediately next to a building or a wall.

Again, the Open Fly has a lean to version when required utilising the pantograph system to its optimum effect. The cover fabric is used to drive all rainwater away from the building and the system can be coupled to cover very large areas.

The simple design and elegance of the Fly system makes this an ideal outdoor retractable canopy system for very large areas, creating perfect outdoor entertaining spaces in commercial applications.
