We now have all of our sales staff in place to provide quotations and process orders. We are installing the backlog of work and proceeding with new work where it is safe to do so and there have been procedures put in place with the site and the customers have agreed.
There is a current backlog due to the massive demand because of the recent good weather, but also due to the demand for outdoor living products because of it being the safest way to deal with the virus currently.
For products requiring installation please speak to our consultants for the ongoing situation and timescales.

We have taken this period of shut-down time to assess our working environment and set out protocol to maintain safety for all upon our return. We feel we are achieving this now.

Which would you find most comfortable?
This ‘New’ system of sales is what we have used for years!
For many years we’ve helped our domestic and commercial awning and canopy customers.
We’ve helped them to get ‘budget costings’ or ‘ballpark figures’, to find the right product for them, to choose the most appropriate options to meet their needs and … if and when they’re ready and comfortable … to place their order and plan their installation.
All done mainly online initially, simply and easily and without having to spend hours sitting with a commission driven ‘direct salesperson’.
So, in these strange and difficult times, this way of buying is nothing new to us and our customers, we’ve developed processes that work well and are comfortable for you. We weren’t forced into it, we developed it because it’s better for you.
You can take your time, without any pressure, ask questions, send us photos and in most cases, you can see what your awning or garden room will look like with our software renderings.
As you would imagine, with such a vast range of options there are variations on the process, but it’s always simple. Here’s an outline.
1. Take several pictures of the area where you are looking to create an outdoor space.
2. Send your images with your details via email
3. Tell us a little about what you want to achieve e.g. sun protection, rain protection, all year round use of space and so on.
4. If you have any preferences already, things such as retractable, fixed or both in one system. Don’t worry if you haven’t as we can advise and guide you later if needed.
Once we have this information, we evaluate your potential options and send you some budget prices and ideas to further discuss.
If you like what you see and the budget pricing is right, we can, if necessary, arrange a site visit to measure and check everything for accuracy. When you’re happy we will confirm your order and start manufacturing your new outdoor solution.
You see, we’ve always believed you should have lots of choice and complete control, without any kind of pressure. Of course, we’re here to answer any questions and help you make the right decisions. Importantly, you choose your fully bespoke, made to order, outdoor space that’s perfect for you … from the comfort of your home. You can take your time, having all the information in front of you and being able to see what it’ll look like, means that you can make a fully informed, fully qualified decision in your own time.
